Question: Why this topic?
Answer: Because women become others-centric in their life once their nuptial knots are tied.
From the life of a pampered princess a woman becomes the Rani of her home, with more crowns to wear. And she aspires every minute to do her best in all the roles she plays in a day.
She wants to change ‘mission impossible’ to ‘mission accomplished’ and succeeds at all times, but at a cost. She jeopardizes her nutrition, fitness, and exercise – and gets rewarded with unwanted stress.
In my extensive medical practice, I have seen many women who, by default, end up with a few dysfunctions much earlier in life than what statistics suggest.
So, I have a few recipes for my fellow women for a healthy lifestyle:
1. Arise, awake, and stop not till your goals towards your attitude and health are reached.
2. Start a few self-care activities on a daily basis like meditation, yoga, and other creative pursuits that can make your soul happy.
3. Make wise choices about your nutrition.
4. Establish a healthy sleep pattern according to your circadian rhythm.
